What currencies can you supply in?

Euros (EUR), Pounds Sterling (GBP), US Dollars (USD) and sometimes Kenya Shillings (KSH) in Kenya.

 

Can we have your bank details?

These are at the bottom of the front page of every quotation/proforma, and every invoice.

 

Do you accept payment by credit card?

Yes, and we can bill your card in Pounds Sterling or US Dollars.

 

Can you take credit card payments on-line?

No, card details should be phoned through, or sent by fax. The Carramore contact is Gary Dodsworth.

 

Do you charge VAT? (sales Tax)

If the destination of the products is outside the EU then no VAT is charged, wherever the buyer is located.

If the destination is within the EU:

  • if the buyer is in the UK we would not charge VAT if we are provided with a VAT exemption certificate; otherwise VAT would be charged at the standard rate
  • if the buyer is in the EU but not in the UK then we just need their VAT number and no VAT will be charged

 

Do you acknowledge payments?

Yes, when the transfer arrives in our bank account an email is sent to the relevant contacts, advising amount received and a reference to the quotation/proforma/invoice being paid.

 

I cannot find my invoice. Where can I obtain a copy?

From your order administrator: Elaine or Rachel.

 

Can you provide statements?

Yes, statements can be currency by institute, or by project.
