Chemase
Chemase has overall responsibility for the clearance, dispatch and exemption processes for inward cargo to Kenya, supported by Francis. Chemase also handles the physical side of any export cargo, with the overall process being managed by John. In addition he assists the UK office in managing any transit cargo passing through Kenya.

Elaine Horncastle processes the confirmed orders (post quotation) for selected countriesAustralia, Belgium, Denmark, Djibouti, France, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Netherlands, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sierra Leone, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States. and creates the commercial invoices. Elaine sends the invoices, Air Waybill and packing list. Any queries relating to these documents or the status of the order should be sent to Elaine. In addition any queries related to non-arrival of dispatched cargo should be directed to Elaine.

Leo also administers our IT network, and will work on and send quotations for IT or provide the information internally for the quotations team.
